Literature Review

This literature review presents why and how instructional designers should implement Universal Design for Learning principles with e-learning for adult learners in the workplace. The focus is on how Universal Design for Learning principles can be used to create effective e-learning experiences through instructional strategies. These instructional strategies will focus on cognition, affect, and behavior to sustain learner engagement.
